To exchange a set of Sinus Cones™ for the Max-Air Nose Cones™ or vice-versa, or for a different size, at no additional charge, just send us the original set with the box and receipt and specify the size you would like in exchange.

30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

If, after trying Sinus Cones™ or the Max-Air Nose Cones™, you find that they're not to your liking, simply return them to us with the box and receipt. Your purchase refund (less shipping and handling charges) will be processed the same business day as it is received.

Refunds will be processed in the same form as your payment. For example, if payment was made by credit card, your refund will be processed as a credit to your credit card. If you paid by check, your refund will be processed in the form of a check.
